Kim Lorrain STUD CONTRACT Stud dog: Brood Bitch:
Bitch’s owner must provide
clearances as well as a pedigree and a current negative brucellosis
test report at least 10 day prior to breeding. If this is fresh
chilled shipment brucellosis is not required. Before bitch is bred a non-refundable stud service fee of $500.00 is Payable. In addition, expenses such as vaginal smears, artificial Insemination, progesterone tests, shipping of chilled semen or any other costs associated with the breeding are the responsibility of the Bitch owner. A litter is defined as 3
puppies. Payment of the remaining stud fee is Due within 8 weeks
after the birth of the litter. If the bitch fails to Conceive or
conceives fewer than 3 puppies a repeat breeding is Offered as long
as all necessary clearances are current. A different Bitch under the
same ownership may be substituted as long as she due prior to the
repeat breeding.Birch owner agrees that he/she will not sell any
puppy from this litter to any type of pet shop or pet broker.The
owner of the bitch further agrees that said bitch would not be sold
while she is pregnant. Every effort will be made to
provide for the safe care and confinement of the bitch while she is
in for breeding, but the stud dog owner or agent is in no way
