Welcome to Beechwood Golden Retrievers. We have more than 23 years of experience in showing and breeding Golden Retrievers led to the creation of Cape Cod's most prestigious Golden Retriever kennels.

My first Golden Retriever, Aramis was a wonderful dog. We acquired Armis in 1976 from Mary Cummings, the well known breeder of Champion Gold Rush Charlie. I worked for Mrs. Cummings for several years,  learning about the care, feeding, grooming and breeding of Golden Retrievers.

I moved to Cape Cod in 1994 with my husband Ken, daughter Morgan and
our two goldens, Hobbes and Granhill's Latin Sundancer ( Dancer). We purchased and now run Beechwood Inn, a bed and breakfast inn. Since that time I have had the opportunity to establish roots in the community and to really devote time to showing and breeding Golden Retrievers.

Beechwood Goldens are bred to be sound, healthy, and with the happy
free-spirited personalities that is true to the breed.  Most of my puppies go into
wonderful pet homes and other puppies have found the exciting life of a show dog,
whether that be obedience, agility or confirmation. 

You will find that great pride is taken in our family of dogs. With each puppy that graduates from Beechwood, you have our word that we will always be available to you.  We will answer any questions you may have about feeding, training or anything that relates to your new family member.
